Pasino Le Havre

Great hotel This 4 star hotel benefits from the overall discount on prices observed in Le Havre! Everything perfect clean and well equipped spa area very clean and well sized Hotel well located to visit the city Small incident with the reservation that the manager took care of well Thank you!

We had booked for 1 night with SAP access, dinner and breakfast Friday, January 9, 2026. We enjoyed the SPA as soon as we arrived which is very good then we went to dinner at the casino restaurant (raw served potatoes). We then went up to our room and noticed as soon as we entered that someone had entered our room in our absence and had even left things (shoes + ID). My husband immediately checked that no one was in our room then I called the switchboard who replied: "I think I know who owns these things, I come to collect them". The person from the hotel came to collect the belongings in question without any real explanation and left: no apology, no proposal to change room, nothing... I was so afraid that someone would come into our room at night that I fell asleep dressed and woke up with a bang to every noise. This "incident" ruined our evening and night... All our belongings and IDs had remained in the room, we can wonder if someone will not usurp our identities... I really took it as if someone had come into my house, I had trouble sleeping all week. Leaving the next day the manager of the hotel being present I explain everything. He explained to us a completely different version of what had happened and in response offered us tourist taxes about 5€ and a coffee service bearing the image of the casino (which we will never use...). I sent him an email afterwards but no reply from him... I don’t know if I will manage to sleep in a hotel again feeling safe, after what I experienced in terms of security in it...

We spent 1 night at Pasino Le Havre. From our arrival to our departure everything went well! We stayed at the hotel, the room was large and clean, and the breakfast was a treat. We ate at the restaurant, the cocktails were good and the meal simple but very pleasant. Finally we went to the casino where I tested Bingo and my spouse poker. We really enjoyed these experiences! We also tested the slot machines, we lost but we had a lot of fun and that's what we're looking for when we come to this place! In short we had a great stay with always smiling and pleasant staff. Do not hesitate to come and live the experience of this Pasino! (Want to come back soon and try the Brunch formula on the weekend)
