Quiet location, in an industrial area, with restaurant available for guests, but the positives of the property end there. I find it incredible that in 2026 a hotel receptionist does not speak a word of English! But this is only the beginning of our misadventure: the window of the bedroom had the shutter closed and locked, so it was impossible to look outside and it was like having a room without a window, but the amazing thing is that all the other rooms had the same problem so it is clear that serious maintenance is needed on the whole structure. I also add that the infamous "king size" bed (flaunted as a plus when choosing the room) is too large for the size of the room and therefore forces guests to turn around with a few centimeters of space available. Finally, wake up early in the morning if you want to have breakfast, because the buffet counter is NOT replenished so when something ends... enough! Also the automatic coffee machine did not work and we were NOT offered any alternative solution (such as instant coffee or mocha), nothing. Bad experience, walk away from this hotel!

I must premise that they did not give us two connecting rooms, my daughter and I slept far from my husband and it was not possible to talk to the girl at the reception because she spoke ONLY FRENCH!!!! Rooms where you can hear even the slightest noise, we did not sleep until 3!!!! Room full of spiders and cobwebs (ground floor). Isolated place. I highly recommend against it!

It's a good thing the young woman in the evening was friendly and smiling, because her colleague who was heating up the dishes, aside from talking about his gym sessions, isn't very useful, and let's not even talk about his outfit—shorts, sneakers—and the "it's not my fault"... mediocre rest, warm beers, cold fries... and the next day, same thing. The young woman was alone for a July 14th holiday 🤔 the coffee machine was broken, she had to manage the departures, the various requests for hot water for tea, etc... in short, a big disappointment for a Campanile...
