Le Forges Hotel

Room, restaurant nothing to say, however the mini club... fortunately the pool occupation only lasts an hour, very noisy, disrespectful, the activity leaders play mostly among themselves, and take care of the girls instead of taking care of the children. Fortunately the lifeguard was there today for discipline and to confiscate the ball. Thanks to him. Several people left because books were splashed. Too bad. We will come back but outside of school holidays and weekends. Children have every right to have fun in the water but not where people are in that spot for supposedly a moment of relaxation.

We have been regulars at the Domaine de Forges for a few years now, and each stay confirms the excellence of this complex. Once again, we had the impression of feeling right at home. The great strong point of our stay—and a real asset that we haven't found elsewhere yet—is undoubtedly the kids' club. Our children spent some very good days there, very well supervised; it's simple, in the evening they didn't want to go back to bed... a big thank you to the whole entertainment team for your professionalism and your enthusiasm! In this hotel, children are truly considered with attention, regardless of their age. The facilities put in place to welcome them (kids' club, teen lounge, game room, baby corner, playground, mini-golf...) also allow parents to enjoy the estate (golf, casino, spa, padel, hiking). The overall services are of high quality and professional. We have also noted some nice continuous improvements since our first visits. The junior suites are beautiful and spacious, and the buffet is both comprehensive and delicious. I was able to visit and enjoy the Casino for the first time (and this only thanks to our children being welcomed at the mini club) and it was very pleasant! The Casino restaurant is also very good and we are very well welcomed. To summarize, the multitude of services included in the price of the stay and the beauty of the estate make all the difference. A huge thank you to all the hotel and Casino teams: we can't wait to come back!

I have been a regular for years, but the only downside is that the quality of the catering has dropped, especially the pastries; they should work with artisans rather than using frozen products, as well as the cheeses and cold cuts, which are frankly disappointing; that said, the rooms and the setting are top-notch.
