Honestly, I do not understand how this hotel can charge such high prices for such a poor service. The tariff is clearly abusive in relation to the quality offered. Feels like paying for a high-end hotel while the services and general condition are far from being up to standard, which is a frequent cause for complaint in guest reviews But the worst is the location. The neighborhood is extremely uncrowded and absolutely does not make you want to go out, especially in the evening. We do not feel safe, which totally ruins the stay. Between the exorbitant price, the feeling of insecurity and the disappointing overall quality, the experience is very negative. There are clearly better options for much less. I strongly recommend this property unless you like to pay too much for a stressful and unpleasant experience. The icing on the cake. The staff is accommodating and unfriendly, giving the impression of seeing guests as an inconvenience rather than a priority. The director, on the other hand, is totally ineffective: he does not know how to manage problems or meet expectations in a professional manner. During my stay, no satisfactory solution was found to the problems encountered, and the lack of respect and consideration for the guests is glaring. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. I would not recommend this property to anyone

Perfect for visiting Paris at a lower cost! Located 10 minutes (900 m) from Coteaux-Beauclair metro station (line 11), this hotel is comfortable (like this chain, do not expect luxury!). It offers a good varied French breakfast (only sweet). The room was clean, the staff is nice, the prices are very decent and Paris is easily accessible. We stayed there 4 nights and did not have any noise nuisance. An address to remember!

For Paris hotel's price amazing, not far from underground so you can use it and be in the city center for 20-30 minutes. Rooms can't say that amazing it depends from your expectations, as for me it's standard room, clean and more than enough to stay in.
