Our experience was very disappointing. We booked 29 nights at this campsite for a total of €2,730 through Booking.com. After driving for more than 6 hours from Barcelona with our three young children, we arrived at the bungalow and found the accommodation in a completely unacceptable state of hygiene. We found rodent droppings in the bathroom, stained mattresses, ketchup residue on the doors, dirty walls, a greasy kitchen with food scraps and dirt, as well as numerous cobwebs, spiders, and dust. We took pictures of everything as soon as we entered. We immediately contacted Booking.com, which tried to get in touch with the establishment to find a solution. However, that same night we did not receive any response from the campsite. Given this situation, and considering it was impossible to stay there with three small children, we were forced to leave the campsite without ever using the bungalow and return to Spain that same night. Subsequently, the establishment offered us a €273 refund, an amount we consider totally insufficient for a €2,730 reservation that we were never able to enjoy due to the state of the accommodation. Our experience has been very negative, both because of the bungalow's conditions and the subsequent handling of the complaint. I hope this review helps other travelers learn about our experience before booking.

A most restful last minute get away for a couple. My first visit to France 🇫🇷. We felt so welcome, we were the only English there and were treated so well. Reception staff extremely kind and helpful. Everything you need to self cater for the week. Local shops close by and fresh bread available in reception daily. Perfect stay in the beautiful countryside of the south of France 🇫🇷
