Kyriad Prestige Le Bourget

€100 security deposit never released, one month after my stay. And above all, a customer service department that openly mocks its customers. Four calls, four times the same promise: "we are looking into your file, we will call you back." Never any callback. By going there in person, I had confirmation that no one had ever opened the file. Reception by a receptionist (Mélinda) with total nonchalance, who threw a credit card receipt at me while condescendingly explaining that it was not their problem since the file was closed on their end. I practically had to beg for her to redo a five-minute procedure. Request for a manager: ten minutes of waiting while he remained hidden in the back office. Categorical refusal to provide me with the slightest written certification for my bank: "I don't do official paperwork, the card terminal receipt is enough, this kind of problem happens often". Admitting that the system is faulty and leaving the customer to fend for themselves is a choice. Zero apology, zero empathy, zero solution. If you have to leave a deposit here, know that you will be on your own to chase after your money. Avoid at all costs.

Back to this hotel for a small stopover before leaving for Mauritius. Always both clean and nickel room. Extra breakfast there is everything to satisfy you with Nezha who is very nice at breakfast Value for money very well

The hotel is a good value for money. it is located close to airport. If you plan visiting Paris the area is well connected to Paris via metro. The metro station is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean, people working at the hotel are friendly and helpful. I only found that what is served for breakfast could offer more choices. Thats why 4 stars only.
