Campanile Paris Sud - Porte D'Orleans

I have been here for 6 days. Room cleaning does not exist. False advertising; they announce that if you request it, you will have daily room cleaning, but they do not fulfill it. One day they make the bed, other days they don't; they are capable of seeing the towels wet on the floor and leaving them that way, other days they don't even come in. You tell them and they don't care, and you even have to push at night to get them to give you a towel when they see that you cannot use the one that was there. It is disgusting, cleanliness should always be fundamental, even without needing to request it.

Good welcome and service for this perfect solidarity weekend

We stayed at this hotel for just one night as part of a pilgrimage starting from Portugal, Spain, and Bosnia-Herzegovina before our visit to Notre-Dame de Paris and the city of Paris. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff is pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the dining: the evening buffet offered very well-prepared and varied dishes, and the breakfast was also excellent with a wide selection of products, a lovely discovery for us coming from Réunion Island. During our stay, work was underway on the exterior facade of the hotel, which prevented us from fully seeing its usual appearance. However, this did not affect the quality of our stay. Even though we only stayed for one night, we have very fond memories of it. I recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and the quality of its dining.
