MERCURE VAL DE FONTENAY

A great hotel for families. It is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting Pari

I stayed here as a solo female traveller in June. Late at night on the night I arrived, another guest (a male) was able to enter my room. This experience left me terrified and has been handled ineffectively by the local hotel. Despite several requests for the incident to be investigated formally, I have been offered an apology and a jar of honey. My advice would be that if you value your personal safety and security that you should not stay in this hotel.

I haven’t even arrived, but I have emailed them twice. I’ve called them. They don’t answer. I can’t get any response from my questions and I haven’t even arrived.
