Sejours & Affaires Paris-Ivry

Hotel to avoid, horrible, having trouble getting a refund in case of cancellation for 2 months. Will soon refer to a lawyer to get a refund! Stay away from them!!!!

This hotel is to be avoided at all costs. We booked two nights and were forced to leave the hotel the day after our first night. We had a horrible night. We couldn't sleep a wink all night because the room was like a sauna in the middle of a heatwave. Even though we wrapped ourselves in damp towels in bed, there was nothing to be done. The air fan provided didn't even circulate any air. No air conditioning in the rooms. Now I understand why, upon our arrival at midnight, all the guests were sitting in the lobby, the only cool place. At the price a hotel night costs in their establishment, it is shameful. I would not recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy. This type of establishment should actually be closed for endangering the lives of its guests.

Everything in this hotel is broken , when u want to cancel the Manger pick up the call and tell u call tomorrow.fully broken stuffs and no ac ,anyone who come here 1000% will be lost time /money
