Staff do not want to answer questions you ask, the best thing to do is to find a hotel where they can normally answer questions you ask.

One night stay in this comfortable hotel, very good value for money. Room not very spacious but enough for one person. Modern equipment. Comfortable bedding. Not tried breakfast but the offer seemed interesting. A good practical address.

Shower foul with a really strong smell of mold and for good reason, all mold in the joints and, on the shower walls. Reported problem: indeed an effort was made but the elbow oil was not enough for everything removed. No restaurant on the 1st evening whereas 1 week before I had been told yes on the phone. Carpeted dark color which hides misery and large unidentified stains. Low insulation glass which lets us enjoy the street noise all night. Breakfast not very appetizing: scrambled eggs all dry, empty jar of spread, A reservation of more than 140€ a and made on my credit card 1 week before my stay. When I called it was explained that it was in case I have extra expenses... I understand that it is done on the day of arrival but not 1 week 1 before. In positive, comfortable bed and thank you to the 2 people at the reception when I arrived Everything was reported when I left, but I did not hear from the hotel.
