I booked this hotel via super.com website, the hotel location is absolutely disaster far from any public transport the neighbourhood is rough the people around hotel were rude , at 12am two young men rubbed my necklace from my neck they attacked me. So I didn’t feel safe left the hotel and paid a lot to book another hotel I was shocked and scared. The super.com doesn’t have a costumer service only virtual chat and didn’t refund me , they said the hotel was no refundable, but in this situation it was fair that they maid me satisfied after that horrible experience, the staff were very careless, never go to this hotel even for free the neighbourhood is dangerous with rude people in the street. Specially when you want to hotel at night because metro or train station is more than 15 minutes far and you mist walk in such rough street. Don’t trust to provided information in super.com and hotel as well.it ruined my holiday.

I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT. Hotel lacking an air conditioning system. You could not stay in the room due to the heat, especially if you had a room exposed to the sun. The cleanliness is not great, and in 5 nights of stay, they never came to clean the room. Family consisting of a couple with 2 children, and we found 4 single beds, with torn sheets, without a double bed.
