Excellent Hotel Banville! It is a boutique hotel, comfortable, its staff very attentive, I would like to highlight them since they made us feel excellent in France. Everyone spoke several languages including Spanish, remarkable service. Excellent room, exquisite and very complete breakfast. The location is really very good!! We will return for sure!!

The expectations are there, but the soundproofing is very complicated. You can hear everything everywhere!!!

My son took his girlfriend to Paris to celebrate her 21st birthday, and they stayed at Hotel De Banville. He had been hoping for a room with a balcony, but unfortunately when they arrived, their room didn’t have one. I contacted the hotel to see if there was any possibility of upgrading, and I spoke with Clarisse, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond and managed to move them to another room with a balcony at no extra charge. She also added chocolate and macarons free of charge. I honestly couldn’t thank her enough. Clarisse’s kindness and outstanding customer service truly made their trip extra special. My son and his girlfriend had a fantastic holiday, and this gesture played a big part in that. Thank you, Clarisse, and thank you Hotel Banville, brilliant service and highly recommended.
