I am very disappointed with my stay at Le Tremoille Hotel in Paris.
The hotel has a central air-conditioning system that does not allow guests to control the room temperature. During the current heat wave, the room became uncomfortably hot, making it extremely difficult to sleep. I spent the night sweating and waking up repeatedly because of the heat.
What is even more frustrating is that the staff acknowledged the issue but were unable to offer any effective solution. They changed me to a different room, same problem. For a hotel in this price range, a properly functioning air-conditioning system should be a basic expectation, especially during the summer months.
The only positive aspects of the hotel are its spacious rooms and excellent location. Unfortunately, these advantages do not compensate for the lack of comfort caused by the ineffective climate control.
If you are planning to visit Paris during warm weather, I would strongly recommend considering other options unless the hotel upgrades its air-conditioning system.
Pros: Large rooms, excellent location.
Cons: Air-conditioning does not work properly, no individual temperature control, uncomfortable during hot weather, poor value for the price paid.
