The hotel is very well located, the staff is very pleasant, and the rooms are clean. However, I had a very, very cramped room (impossible to open both shower doors because of the sink, toilet stuck to the sink, floor flooded because the shower doors weren't watertight... and above all, the window looked out onto a very dark courtyard (view of a wall) where many pigeons were constantly flying, landing on the windowsill and threatening to enter the room (so the window had to be kept closed), electric light all day because the room was very dark). Very noisy room: you can hear all the noises from the neighboring rooms, hallway... etc.) Therefore, it was impossible to sleep without being woken up several times during the night... €129 a night is far too high given the quality of the service.

Terrible customer service / rude staff. We turned up on time for check in and were met with a receptionist who had a terrible attitude. No apologies for a lengthy further delay to check in time and a dreadful attitude towards customers. The location is the best thing about the hotel. Otherwise, it is very average. Room of poor quality. Spiral staircase is a health hazard and the lift is potentially the smallest and most dangerous lift I've encountered. Best avoid.

The hotel is a stone's throw from the Pantheon and the Luxembourg Gardens. The RER B stop is very close, very convenient for those arriving from an airport. The hotel is small and the rooms are also small, especially the bathroom, and would need to be modernized. But everything is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The value for money is great considering the area where the hotel is located.
