The hotel is close to the subway, so the sights are easily accessible, but the neighborhood is full of homeless people, so wandering around at night wasn’t recommended. I wouldn’t have had a problem with the room if the window had worked properly and I hadn’t been terrified every night that someone would climb into my room. But those weren’t the biggest problems; the breakfast was subpar. The so-called continental breakfast consisted of roughly 10 mini croissants, a few slices of cheese and ham, and a bowl of yogurt with cereal for every guest at the hotel—and they weren’t even happy to serve it. If something ran out, it took half an hour for them to restock it. Breakfast was served from 6:30 to 10:00; one day we went down around 8:30, and by then there was nothing left. I asked for a plate, a glass, a mug, and cutlery. At first, we only got a mug; I asked again, and then we got a glass and a plate. It’s true, though, that we didn’t have anything to eat because there was only one egg, and there was no cold cuts or cheese. I asked them to bring more food and cutlery, but they didn’t do that; instead, they noted down our room number to indicate that we’d had breakfast. We waited for 40 minutes, then gave up waiting because we had an appointment at a museum, and we felt it wasn’t worth waiting any longer for this “wonderful” service. Because of this, we spent half the day hungry, since we didn’t have time to stop for breakfast before heading to the museum. The next day, the same thing happened, but there were more guests downstairs, and thanks to the commotion, they managed to put out a few slices of cold cuts. The staff is slow, they don’t want to work, and most of them were rude as well; they didn’t serve us even after repeated requests, and some didn’t even return a loud greeting. This isn’t a three-star hotel—it would be a joke to even call it a motel.

Overall, the hotel was good. We had no problems with cleanliness or the rooms. The reception and general areas are also excellent. The negative aspects are that the street it's located on is very noisy, and there are problems with the windows; they don't close completely, and even when they do close, they open again. If you walk towards Republic Square and the train station area, there's no problem, but the back streets are a bit deserted.
