HOTEL DE VARENNE

Hotel de Varenne is a wonderful hotel with an incredible staff located in a really convenient location to many of Paris’s major sites. The staff was so genuinely nice and helpful. They gifted me a beautiful bottle of wine to celebrate my special birthday! And they went above and beyond helping me retrieve a misplaced credit card. There is no doubt that when I return to Paris, Hotel de Varenne is where I will stay!,

This was our second visit to Hotel De Varenne. It was consistently outstanding in every way. On our early check-in (arrival right from the airport) we were warmly greeted by Kenza who offered to hold our luggage, encourage early preparation of our room, and provide guidance as to nearby coffee shops where we could spend some time until our room was ready. When we returned we were given the key to our room where we found a treat for our wedding anniversary compliments of the hotel. Our room was bright and spacious - and immaculately clean. I had a minor medical emergency, went to the pharmacy on the corner, was referred to a nearby doctor, and Kenza went the extra steps to contact the doctor's office, describe the situation, and book an appointment that same afternoon. (All worked out after the doctor provided a few prescriptions that the corner pharmacy then filled.) In the evening, Alexi was very friendly and helpful in providing information on local dining, including the hotel's new offerings. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel one night and then used Alexi's recommendations for the other nights - with each being a wonderful choice! We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the patio. The included continental breakfast provided us with a great start to each day. Check-out was easy. Again Kenza made it a smooth experience, storing our luggage until we were able to pick it up later. The hotel is on a quiet street in a part of town that is not tourist-heavy. . . just a couple blocks from the Prime Minister's residence, so we always felt safe walking around the neighborhood. From the hotel we were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, and Tuileries Gardens. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
