Hotel Observatoire Luxembourg

The location of this hotel was near Luxembourg Gardens and many restaurants. The hotel restaurant was very good. Rooms were recently remodeled and very nice, the bathroom and shower were exceptional. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating.Housekeeping staff was excellent.

Loved this recently refurbished hotel in the Latin quarter- I extended my stay I was so happy here! Perfect location to explore the left bank, easy bus and metro stops right outside, easy walk to great shopping and churches. Loved the staff here. Very safe feeling for female solo traveler. Gorgeous picnic packed by the kitchen to take to the gardens at Luxembourg. Super cute brasserie and affordable breakfast, classic French with excellent espresso. Rooms are small as per antique French hotel but upscale linens and very clean. Quiet. Elevator/lift !!! Air conditioned !!!!!

Usually every hotel I stay at is decent, but slightly below my expectations. Hotel Observatoire Luxembourg on the other hand, was the only one in many many years, where I can safely say EVERYTHING was better and more than I had expected. Congratulations to their entire team and staff for providing us with a perfect stay and impeccable hospitality.
