In transit during our trip in Europe, we chose this hotel located near the Parisian northern train stations for one night.
The lobby is well-maintained and the welcome is smiling, which gives a pleasant first impression.
The room was clean, functional, simple but comfortable, ideal for a short stay.
The bar offers a complete menu, and breakfast, although simple, remains sufficient to start the day.
The positives:
- Appreciated upgrade thanks to our IHG status
- Cleanliness and comfort of the room
- Warm welcome
The points to improve:
- Paid parking not included with the room
- Breakfast room very noisy

This hotel is great for a family of 3. Our room had great ac and a beautiful view. Very typical European room and bathroom size. We had no problems checking in, they serve free breakfast that was delicious. They spoke English, had a nice bar and had vending machines for water/snacks. Miguel and Ibrahem were both so nice and helpful, very friendly! It’s a 30 minute car ride to the tourist attractions and there were bistros and shops near the hotel.

I was hesitant about the area, which, although peripheral, is well-served and very lively. There are some troublemakers, but you do not feel any danger. Dining places are very close to the facility. Nice walks along the canal. Speaking of the hotel, it met the standards of a 3-star establishment, particularly noteworthy is the reception with two staff members who spoke Italian well. Good breakfast. The bathroom is windowless but the shower is very spacious. Elements that could further elevate the level of services: a fridge in the room (and maybe a supply of water), a machine that makes a decent cappuccino at breakfast, otherwise rely on the bar's coffee (which they only made for me the first morning, then they said it was not possible....). Add a small wardrobe. When you remove the carpet, you will be top-notch!
