It is largely a social hotel; I lived there with my family for 2 years and it is a disaster. If you want to go there for a night or two, I advise against it; it is not for tourists or for business trips. I lived there with my family because the SAMU social houses people who have no other accommodation, so yes, thanks, I had a roof over my head, but it was no way to live. I don't know if the owners have changed, but I assume not; the owner is to be avoided. I was little (10 years old) when I lived there, and the other children and I were treated like dirt. As soon as they saw us in the hallways going to call our friends in their rooms, it was hell (we would run and flee to avoid being seen, otherwise they would report us to the social emergency services and bam, we would end up on the street (they have no humanity)). The hotel is located in front of a nightclub: TO BE AVOIDED AS WELL. I lived on the ground floor, and every weekend, drunk people would hang out in front of our windows to do I don't know what kind of filth. Living there wasn't a choice, but if I can prevent outside people from booking a night in this hotel, I would do it. Already, living in a hotel isn't easy (I lived from hotel to hotel for 10 years while waiting to get French papers), but this hotel is really the worst of the worst. Don't park your cars in the parking lot either; my mother's car had all its windows broken. There is a school not far toward the city center of Chilly-Mazarin, and that school refused me because I lived at the hotel. Is that normal? No. At the time, we couldn't do anything; we were poor and immigrants, we didn't have a say, we had to comply with the "rules" if we wanted to have a place to sleep, but now that I have French papers and I have my apartment, I won't hesitate a second to post this review about the hotel (the least I can do). This hotel shouldn't even exist. The rooms stink, the carpet is horrible, the communal kitchen is really filthy. The large lounge at the entrance is impossible to access; don't think that it's big and that, as a result, we live well. We have one room per family and everyone sleeps together; we only have access to the kitchen and that's it. Going to the neighbors' with whom we create bonds in this misery is impossible: if the managers see you, you're done for. In the morning, I would go to school, which was 1 hour and 30 minutes from the hotel, and it was a neighbor/friend of my mother who would drop me off with her daughter, and just meeting up in the hallways was grounds for a scolding: the owner would yell at us to leave quickly and not stay in the hallways. People have no choice but to live there when they have nothing else and it is covered by the 115 (social emergency services), but I pray that no one pays to stay there. I saw reviews saying that breakfast wasn't served, but honestly... if only that were the only issue... Anyway, run, run, run. If you live there because you have no other choice, I send you all my courage and I hope for you that you will find housing, a real home for yourself as quickly as possible. Courage.

I just came from Business trip and I must write a few sentences about this place. Hotel looking like old and inactive night club in early '70. Elevation damaged and dirty, but when I arrived at night, it was not visible. The man from the desk gave us deluxe room because hotel was almost full. Room very huge - ok ,but the standart of cleanes and furniture was terrible. Smell inside of room was as from ashtray.I was tired ,but my sleep on the early morning was unavailable - hotel is a few yards from the landing orly (runway) Another customers hm...to say the least you can be afraid of them. All night was a shouting and drunken brawls. Main door are out of order - you should to use a parking side door. Generally, the hotel looks like an abandoned shack. Breakfast is not served - at the bottom hall automat with coffee for free, the only one good thing in the hotel.Do not expect WI-FI (room cost 80 Euro) Stay away - few meters from this hotel are Premierre Class Hotel Maybe not so elegant ,but simple and clean rooms.
