Disappointment, we were supposed to have room 60 on the 6th floor (the reception said so) but when we arrived at 3 PM the rooms were not ready. At 4 PM we were sent to room 50 on the 5th floor, being told it is the same thing! Upon arriving in the room, we called them back because it is not the same thing and we asked when room 60 would be ready; we did not get an answer and were told three times that it is the same category of room and that now that we have room 50 we cannot change! Moreover, there are no shutters with three windows in the room, no shower gel, no body lotion; disappointed for a hotel of this category that is also expensive. Two stars nonetheless for the geographical location and the breakfast staff. Reception needs improvement.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rest of our two-night stay was a terrible experience. 1. Deceptive Booking: Their website is designed to trick you. I tried to book an "Deluxe view" room with view of the Eiffel tower. I opened their Rooms overview and used the "Book now" option on their deluxe view room. When it was unavailable for my dates, the site never told me. It just kept the "Deluxe View Room" title on the booking page while actually showing me standard rooms. Even pricing the "Deluxe view Superior room" (which was just a superior room) higher than the normal Superior rooms. To make it worse, the confirmation email also doesn't tell you what room you actually have and just leads you to some general vague info about the hotel. 2. Poor Service: Since I did not trust all of this I contacted them to confirm the view and parking. The hotel waited until the day of check-in to tell me I didn't have the view and parking wasn't included, leaving us no time to rebook. 3. Dirty/Broken Room: The room was small, not clean, and the shower was bad (the hose was too short to even reach the wall holder). 4. Careless Staff: The cleaning staff knocked my girlfriend's makeup onto the floor and left it there. Do not stay here. This hotel seems to rely on a good location to get away with misleading practices and poor-quality rooms. You can find much better for your money.
