Our stay at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia Paris lived up to every expectation we had and honestly, maybe even exceeded a few. The hotel has that rare balance of feeling luxurious without ever making you feel uncomfortable or out of place. Everything is elegant, but still warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and every detail feels well thought out. What really stood out was the service. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, professional and always happy to help. It never felt forced it felt like they truly cared about making our stay special. The location is another huge plus. You’re close to so many amazing cafés, restaurants, and some of the best parts of Paris, but the hotel itself feels like a peaceful escape from the busy city. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in Paris that actually delivers on what it promises, this is it. We left with nothing but great memories and would happily stay here again.

Family stay. Sightseeing on the Left Bank was wonderful. The hotel is exceptional. Very beautiful Parisian palace. Every member of the staff is attentive to our needs. They are true hospitality professionals. At the front desk and the concierge desk, they do everything to please us. Éric Gervy, Victoria, and Larissa were very attentive. Little touches were waiting for us in the room. We were very touched. The view from our room is breathtaking. In the restaurants, the cuisine is delicious and refined. In the dining room, the service is impeccable. At the spa, the treatments are relaxing. The sports and pool facilities there are very pleasant. I have no complaints.
