Terrible shuttle Service I had to pay for an Uber. I spent a noisy night in a very average room. The icing on the cake was after my departure when I received an email with only a credit card ticket (mine) and a 150€ direct debit without invoice. I called the reception who informed me that I had smoked in my room, while I am not aware I wrote to the manager for more than a month asking for an explanation but no answer and no bill! For 22 years I sleep several times a month in hotels due to my profession, but I have never had such a scam! Need to fill the coffers by all means Deplorables

Good hotel, quick to reach via highway. Very good beds , restaurant so la la, good staff. Until midnight aircraft noise, then again from 5 the same.

I always stay at this hotel because of work, It was 8 in the morning. I have called the reception to ask for water because I’ve had fever and i hurt my back on the flight, so I couldn’t come down to the reception, or for breakfast. The lady on the phone was very rude and said if I need water I can just come down and get it myself at extra charge. To keep in mind I always pay a lot for room service here and I don’t understand why such basic human need is met with such aggression especially when my back is hurting from bringing water to people each day on my flights Not to mention the food I ordered as room service was not cheap and was not good at all. When I asked to fix the ac because it was too cold during winter the staff at the reception was very rude as well, and not trying to understand at all, the technicians have to come and fix it three times.
