Very well, I would return, and please make the questionnaire shorter because we do not necessarily have the time to answer all your questions.

The room was small. My VIP status at Radisson was not recognised, including no upgrade although there was availability online. Really tiny sink, duvet of bad quality. We were sweating under it. I would never give it 4 stars. It's more like Ibis Budget but they have much higher rates. Really bad value for money.

We had a good nights rest at East Side Hotel - it’s really handy being five mins walk from two major train stations in Paris. As other reviewers have said it’s not in the nicest of areas. However we didn’t encounter any problems during our stay - even coming back to the hotel late at night. It was very quiet. The hotel is on a side street meaning it was quiet. Apparently it was in an old hospital - and the breakfast room in the basement is very pretty with stone walls from over 100 years ago. The breakfast isn’t great - not enough variety and not enough hot food. The pastries were poor quality- can’t believe you come to Paris and get poor quality pastries!!!
