We stayed in Le Petit Madeleine during the Heat Dome in late June. It was around 100 degrees each day but our room was nicely air conditioned. The Pros: ~ Cute and very functional room. We were in Room 64 on the top floor and every inch of the room was designed for someone living out of a suitcase. ~ Close enough to walk to many restaurants, the Opera House, etc. ~ There was a huge window that could be opened if the weather allowed. ~ Directly across the street was a restaurant/bar with outside/inside seating which we visited each night for an evening drink. ~ Four minute walk to a nice grocery store and the room had a little fridge. ~ Ubers everywhere and easy to get. ~ Each day the room was cleaned so that it looked like it does the very first time you stepped foot in the room. Fresh towels and bedding that looked like it was ironed daily. The Cons: ~ Only one, and it wasn't a Con for us but it could be if you have mobility problems. The elevator only goes to the 5th floor so if you are on the 6th floor, like we were, you would have to walk up the final flight. No biggie. We would stay there again in a minute!

I stayed at the Petit Madeleine during a business trip to Paris. This hotel is very well located in the heart of a lively neighborhood, close to department stores, Champs Elysées, shops and cafes-restaurants. Small beautifully decorated room, nice bathroom and very clean even if small. Very qualitative and personal breakfast with little care.
