Hotel Perpetual Élysée Montaigne
Hotel Perpetual, with its clean lines and attractive modern aesthetic, is an excellent boutique value. It is located on a relatively quiet side street in a safe area within walking distance of a wide variety of eateries, shops, parks, not to mention the Champs-Elysées and the nearby radius of monuments and museums.
The hotel breakfast is a great place to start. The interior courtyard provides an additional open space for meals and a gathering place for conversation and drinks.
What makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. They welcomed us and helped us get acclimated with directions, information, instructions; patience, kindness and laughter.
