Residence Renoir

Great location, but the standard of this hotel is so bad. Old, worn-out and poorly maintained. Substandard cleaning. Paid extra for a suite, but there was nothing about our room that gave a suite feel. How they can advertice this as a *** hotel is out of my understanding. They also claim to have a discount at the parking house near by, but here is no discount. Or at least nobody that works at the hotel are able to tell you how to get the discount.

Disgusting, simply a piece of trash. They could give me the stay for free and I wouldn't want it.

We start with a surprising welcome, no hello, shouting that the entrance was at 3pm when we just wanted to drop our bags. Clean room, but apart from that a blocked sink in two, one flush button in two that works, cracks in the bathtub. And the staff not very friendly, so not too keen to warn them. About breakfast (12€), the biggest black spot in our opinion. Nothing to drink except coffee, bread of bread still in the bag without toaster, orange juice Intermarché served bottle. Just a croissant, a piece of bread per person and boiled eggs. Really lame when there would be great potential with the inner courtyard.
