Receptionist man and woman wasn’t friendly at all. Check in service was a very bad system. Buffet was open only at 7:30 am and at 7:00 everyone was in a long line. Food was not enough for everyone. Only one server for 80-100 guests. Food came so slow. Air condition in the room was not working.

I spent a night in a studio as part of a business trip. If I had been the one to make the reservation, given certain reviews, I would not have made a reservation. I must admit that I had some concerns, even many concerns. My experience: the size of the studio is adequate and well arranged. The furniture has indeed aged a bit, even somewhat damaged, but it remains sturdy and functional. Very good bedding. The bathroom has been redone, with no traces of limescale or mold. The number of place settings does not match what is displayed; being alone, it did not bother me, but it could be inconvenient if there are two people. The kitchen kit is appreciated (1 sponge, a packet of dish soap, a tablet for the dishwasher) 2 dish towels. I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome tray with two tea bags, two coffee sticks, 2 madeleines, and sugar. The air conditioning works properly, and with this heatwave, it was a real joy. The accommodation was clean. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary, and everyone will find something they like as it is so complete. I was very well received both at the reception and in the breakfast room. Just a 2-minute walk away, there is a Franprix, which is very convenient if one wants to prepare a meal rather than dine out. I give 5 stars because despite the furniture being aged, it was a very good experience for me; I felt comfortable there and I would not hesitate to return.

Shameful.. I rarely write, but here, the level is such that travelers must be warned. It's a lottery. I have stayed in this hotel several times a few years ago and the impression was rather good. But currently, room 516 is simply on the verge of being uninhabitable. The windows no longer close, the card holder is detached, the cabinet and refrigerator doors are broken, the furniture is worn out, the walls are stained, and there are a few bugs lingering around... Only the bedding is acceptable. The photos from other reviews are accurate. This room should no longer be rented out. Other colleagues stayed in renovated rooms, and it was very good. I probably just had bad luck. This will be the last time for me.
