Appart'City Saint Maurice

I stayed at the City Résidence Saint-Maurice for a festival. The rate is a bit high, but the hotel has several positive points. The rooms have been renovated, they are pleasant and the bedding is of good quality, which allows for a good rest. The establishment is also ideally located in the city center and has free parking, a real plus. The only downside concerns the bathroom, where the cleaning was not impeccable upon my arrival. This is a point that deserves to be improved. Overall, despite this small flaw, I had a good stay and I recommend this establishment, especially for its location and the comfort of its rooms.

Location was awful and isolated. Rooms were disgusting with garbage, hair, and stains in “clean” rooms. Shower doors didn’t close properly and caused lots of leakage. Felt very unsafe staying here. This place feels like being in a horror movie, with more hepatitis

I stayed for 6 nights in an apartment with perfect dimensions for one person, overlooking a very busy main road, but with double-glazed windows that provide optimal soundproofing; the bathroom is windowless but has all the comforts except for a bidet, but that is known! Exquisite and very helpful staff. There is luggage storage available to leave bags at checkout and enjoy Paris until the last moment. It is located ten minutes from the metro, and there are bus stops nearby, with many adjacent services (post office, pharmacy, fruit and vegetable shops, small bistros, bakeries, etc.). The only downside is that cleaning the room is charged in addition to the stay, and no one empties the trash bins.
