HOSTELLERIE DU CIGALOU

We stayed at this hotel while passing through from Italy heading to the Luberon. The location is strategic for visiting the village and the plus is definitely the pool, given the very intense heat. However, I cannot help but review it this way because of the two nights spent at the hotel, the room was not made up. The owner's wife, to whom this was pointed out at the time of the bill, did not take off a cent and the owner, instead of apologizing, blamed us for having put up the “do not disturb” sign. Great example of hospitality. Thanks, I will not return.

The hotel is wonderfully located. The rooms have recently been renovated very tastefully. Very clean, power outlets and USB ports everywhere. The owner couple takes care of the guests. The hotel includes a restaurant with wonderful dishes; reservations are recommended.

Very pleasant hotel with a beautiful room Ideal pool in this heat Staff very attentive
