We had an unforgettable stay, great team, quality meals, not to forget Kim the smiling and welcoming bartender, top-notch!

A client for several years since there was a change in management at Sowel Grimaud, it has been a disaster in every way. Decent room but the bathroom was dirty and damaged, not normal for a 4-star hotel... Food of very, very average quality and the reception welcome was poor with a lot of arrogance towards the client. Notably a certain person, Anaïs, receptionist. Very unpleasant.... Needs to be reviewed and take into account the clients' comments to improve the service and offerings... It does not deserve your stars and the prices are high, not to mention the paid parking for the last 2 years.
