Pierre & Vacances Residence Les Parcs de Grimaud

Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning is a significant drawback. We requested an extra fan because it was truly impossible to stay without one, and they granted it to us while pointing out that, since everyone requests it, it was not guaranteed to obtain it. A response that is rather unhelpful: without air conditioning, the minimum is to have one in every room where we stay overnight. The apartment is really small, and the ants were a problem; in the morning, we even found them on the sofa bed where the kids slept. It's a shame because the complex is really nice, and the pool is top-notch. The beach is reachable with a short walk.

We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The location is fantastic – very close to the beach, which made everything easy and relaxing. The swimming pool was a real highlight: large, very clean, and well maintained, with a separate shallow area that’s perfect for young children. There was plenty of parking available, and the whole complex felt well looked after and tidy. The bar/restaurant was also good, with a nice atmosphere. The only downside for us was the service at times. We felt some of the staff came across a bit rude, possibly due to the language barrier as we don’t speak much French. It would have been helpful if there was more patience or support for non-French speakers. Also, visiting out of season meant there was no reception available, just a contact number, which wasn’t ideal. Overall though, it was a positive experience and we would definitely stay again.

We were very disappointed with the apartment that was allocated to us; A steep slope and many stairs to access it. Very far from the parking lot , we had trouble unloading our luggage . We are not very young anymore... The apartment was clean , the bedding correct . Only drawbacks: toilets inserted between 2 posts and cupboards far too high to access pots and pans, dishes... As for the director , she does not listen to the customers and always wants to be right . We will not return to this residence again.
