We were very well received at this hotel, which is very well located. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. We benefited from an upgrade and thus enjoyed a magnificent terrace. We highly recommend this hotel.

The young receptionist with blue eyes is more than pleasant, very smiling, and very professional! A delicious smoothie! She also recommended good addresses in Toulon to me. I would gladly return!

I stayed at this hotel for a week; I had picked it online, knowing nothing, other than what was written in the search results. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the old town, and within a short walk from the train and 'bus stations. The atmosphere was very welcoming from the beginning, with a young, but efficient, receptionist there for assistance. The room was more than big enough for me, clean, with air-conditioning that did not need adjustment all week (never varied from the set temperature.). As a cheap hotel, you get what you pay for; I was more than happy with the value, and have no grumbles about any shortcomings. The bar area is nice and quiet, if you want to relax; food is available,a small selection of well-cooked and presented meals and snacks. The beer (Grimbergen) is high quality, and not expensive compared to other places. I was on the 1st floor and did not have any problem sleeping, as the surrounding streets were very quiet at night. The sound-proofing between the rooms is in accordance with the age of the building, not good, but not enough noise to wake me, once I had got off to sleep. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and good value for the price.
