Stay shortened after 1 night waiting for a solution. As soon as we arrive in the accommodation a foul smell of sewage, we see new crowds, probable consequence of a water damage, the accommodation should not have been rented. On the day of arrival, we contact the service for rehousing. The service gives us 48 hours to respond to our request, the person welcoming us on site does not have the possibility of reaccommodating us. No reception. We have been claiming a refund for 1 week. The only compensation I am offered is 47th it is not even the price of 1 night. Replies to my emails are not suitable. I would not recommend Maeva or this residence

The photos on the sites are not up to date, the accommodation deserves an update. No hot water for 3 days (frequent according to regulars). Parking space difficult to find in the residence in the evening. Be careful if you go there with children, the sockets are poorly fixed, stairs access to the apartment on the 1st floor are not secure. Supermarkets nearby by car. Close to Marseille, La Ciotat and Cassis, even Antibes and Marineland, quite practical.
