The contrast between the kindness of the welcome and the harassment suffered through email messages, before, during and after the stay is astonishing. Emails to fill out a pre-registration form before arrival (where they try to sell me options that I have either already paid for or are useless, where they claim to have me fill out a police form even though this does not exist for French residents) which, moreover, in an accusatory and therefore aggressive tone, really makes the experience very contrasting. But to enjoy a room calmly, while at the same time receiving an injunction, by email, to pay for parking? Not only contradictory but also off-putting.

I came for the weekend of June 21, 2026, with my mom and we were not disappointed. A sublime place Super friendly and pleasant staff, whether at the reception or in the restaurant. The room is great 👍. The pool is excellent 😊. The hotel is very well located. I will return soon.😉😀

Very good two-night stay in a triple room that turned out to be a mini apartment with two bedrooms. Comfortable rooms, even though the cleaning was not perfect. Pleasant pool in a park overlooking the Sorgue. Our special offer with half board included was a very good value for money. Very warm welcome, all the staff are attentive and very friendly.
