We booked this hotel following a request to ChatGPT to find a quality and charming hotel near Avignon. The result is extremely disappointing regarding the hotel and the dining. Regarding the hotel, the facilities are aging, and the maintenance and cleaning are mediocre. We had reserved a suite (room 1) that was sold to us as one of the best rooms in this hotel. The decor, sanitary facilities, and bedding are far from being up to a 4-star hotel standard. Regarding the dining, it is practically nonexistent and of mediocre quality. A positive point about the welcome and the friendly staff, but it seems that this hotel is managed from a distance.

First stay and certainly not the last. This place is absolutely superb, you enter another dimension, these places marked by history and craftsmanship that today has disappeared from our space time. The breeding of silkworms. Beautifully revisited this place challenges you every moment. The rooms a little retro, does not prevent a cozy and warm comfort. The staff is very welcoming and very professional. Breakfast is absolutely divine. Go ahead, you won't be disappointed. A very nice well calibrated ambience perfume would bring the final line to sublimate this magical place. Good job.
