Best Western Le Domaine De La Petiteisle

We had an excellent stay at the Domaine de la Petite Isle. We had the very pleasant surprise of being upgraded without even having asked for it. The room was magnificent, very spacious and decorated with taste. The bedding is simply incredible. The two pools are a real plus and the setting, on the banks of the Sorgue, is very relaxing. Frankly, we do not understand the overall rating of this establishment, which seems to us to be largely undervalued given our experience. A big thank you to Axel for his welcome and his extraordinary kindness, thank you to Savannah and to the whole team. We will return with pleasure.

What a disappointment! Recovering from a serious surgery, I had booked this establishment to rest and go out as little as possible, but no restaurant at lunch!! Forced to go out to L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, hello parking, always in the heatwave; in the evening, an infamous buffet at 40 euros per person, no choice. As for the morning, the buffet is the same with coffee and tea plus croissants and chocolate bread and supermarket bread! That's all. The room is nice, the bathroom is tiny and a bath, not a shower. I had booked a 10-day stay! The park is splendid. I was forgetting the main thing: in the evening, buses arrive, so a huge number of people, buffet empty. In the morning, the same, and the tables are not cleared. We came at 8 o'clock, so no more cups!!! The staff is very young and nice. Hotel does not suit couples; it is very quiet and the setting is superb. Lots of mother ducks and ducklings!!!! For tourists passing through, and the manager is nowhere to be found.
