Best Western Atlantic Thalasso

Mixed stay. The whole is not worth a four-star. The rooms are very clean, quality bedding but forgetting towels from the bathroom, old shower. The breakfast disorganized, not replenished and very basic. The pool looks like a municipal pool. The proximity to the beautiful golf course is an asset we enjoyed. Note that the staff is very nice.

We stayed at this hotel on a half board basis with my wife, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing, especially considering the advertised standing. Breakfast is far from up to the task: obviously industrial and thawed pastries, unflavoured orange juice, clearly from industrial products. Nothing that reflects the quality expected of an institution of this level. Regarding dinner, the disappointment is confirmed. The dishes offered do not correspond to a 4-star hotel. The langoustines and shrimp were served with a simple industrial mayonnaise, without any enhancement. The risotto was particularly disappointing: bland, tasteless, with much overcooked rice. As for the thalasso, it was crowded, which totally takes away the relaxation and well-being that we can expect. However, we would like to stress the kindness and professionalism of the staff, which remains the only positive point of this stay. In the end, a global service that does not justify the price or the ranking of the establishment. We do not recommend
