Quite decent overall. However, the 140 cm bed seems narrow to me. In this day and age, 160 cm beds are welcome for a couple. All the bedding is covered in plastic (mattress and pillows) and it is the same thing; there are more modern ways of protection and hygiene. Sleeping on plastic is not comfortable in this heat.
The building is not air-conditioned and the heatwave makes the nights unbearable.
On the other hand, the studio is quite large and properly equipped.
However, pay attention to hygiene (uncleaned toilet brush). It is not pleasant.
