Mercure Futuroscope Aquatis

Hello, deplorable night on 06/01/2026, noise all night (defective flushing, continuous noisy water flow) , it can happen but it repairs normally , after unmissable observation during the cleaning the night before , while nothing was done before renting me 140 euro this night. I inform the reception at 3:30 , 4:00 am , my complaint taken into account, confirms to me the receptionist at 6:30 am . No compensation offered by the reception staff, after having dinner in the evening, at night, lunch after my meetings, and having slept only 1h30/ 2h00, I was allowed to pay the nice bill, See you soon novotel and thank you

Very nice staff, varied menu but not too much and at a very affordable price. In addition to delicious, we feasted. I recommend

Check-in too long, only one receptionist but comfortable room. Restaurant staff unconvincing and not pro, reservation at 7pm... arrived at 7pm but fired by the waiter because he tells us he is not ready, we went to the salon to wait and customers came back in turn, 10 seconds after us to the restaurant without being turned away, I did not really understand. Extra breakfast buffet and the staff is perfect
