I therefore believed that the heating was working. In fact, the reception later informed me that the heating was completely turned off in the rooms (but apparently not at the reception). I understand the search for savings, but it is absolutely necessary to inform the clients. And above all, the description includes air conditioning. The reality is therefore not in accordance with the description. - I had seen the coffee machine several times in the small lounge area behind the reception. I was planning to make myself a coffee before leaving, but everything had disappeared. It might be useful to inform the clients of the availability hours. - In the description of the "superior room with a double bed," photo number 5 shows a lounge area, with a sofa, a small table, and a chair. I had booked a superior room, but there was no lounge area. Either there was an error in the assignment of my room, or elements that are not present in all rooms of the category should not be highlighted, so that the description is not intentionally misleading.
