HOTEL BEAU RIVAGE

We booked a superior room to have air conditioning. The thermostat displayed 19 degrees, but it was 26 degrees in reality. The technicians came, very professional, very kind, but they couldn't do anything. No apology from management, no commercial gesture. The hotel staff is professional and friendly. In hot weather, I do not recommend this hotel to you.

We came in a small group for a professional workday with lodging. The price-quality ratio is excellent for a four-star hotel. The meals taken on-site (breakfast and lunch) are of very good quality. The spacious rooms offer a magnificent view of the lake.

Jade With the whole team Welcomed me With empathy smile professionalism! The cannibal plate ......... Yum!
