BEST WESTERN PLUS Paris Val De Bievre

I usually book at the Best Western in Vélizy; I regret changing my habit. Currently at the Best Western Paris Saclay, scandalous for a 4-star hotel, no iron in the room, the mini bar contains only a miserable bottle of Cristaline, and the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. A huge regret and immense anger overwhelm me. I chose this hotel for its spa as a Mother's Day gift for my mom; how can I say that I deeply regret it. Not worthy of a 4-star rating!!!

Stay not top mold in the shower , leaking shower hose, light going out and the top people come back to my room at midnight because the receptionist got the wrong person I do not recommend

This Hotel terribly lacks maintenance. In 4 nights, i experienced: Cold shower one morning, no hot water No elevator one morning Bed not properly prepared Safe not working Shower hose massively leaking No air conditionning (all nights) Room very hot (one night, then i changed room ) Bed reading light out of order The room lock falls into pieces when you close the door (see photograph )
