The hotel is situated in a sad industrial zone, the air conditioning works and the bathrooms were renovated recently. It was very difficult to lock the door to the room, as the latch bolt doesn’t line up well with the strike plate. I found a way to lock it upon leaving the room, but obviously the chamber maids didn’t care, as I could enter the room without even using the key card when I came back in the evening. The staff didn’t care and refused to do anything about it. Make of it what you want.

A big thank you to the team who took my request into account after the first room did not match the photos on the website. In this case, the room is very pleasant, comfortable, and clean. Lovely bathroom.

The second room offered by upgrade was more comfortable and less noisy than the first. The first booked room 223. The photos on the website don't really match reality. The toilet door needs repair. The water pipes on the mixer are reversed. The window reading light did not work. And finally, a loud pipe noise could be heard in the bathroom at times. Reception was responsive to our complaints and I hope room 223 is the only one in this condition.
