Best Western Favorit

Loved this place, It was the best place we stayed in Germany. Large rooms, good restaurant and spa. The managers Natalie and Nadine were great

Very small room with sloping roof. Very narrow parking for 15/night not usable for a medium car. A bottle of water and a bar of chocolate in the room cost 15eur extra No room Service on Monday and Thursday (rooms are not cleaned, towels are not exchanged...) with the excuse: We are environmentally friendly For the staff at our reception, greetings were apparently foreign words (No hello, good morning, goodbye..) When I asked why the information was not given to the guest at the beginning, I got the answer: It's all in the book. Breakfast was very limited and leaves almost everything to be desired The only positive is the location Conclusion not recommended, there are better hotels nearby

Overall, our stay at this hotel was optimal! Apart from a somewhat rough welcome from the young receptionist on arrival (perhaps because we were there a fat hour early and she was just before work?).. the service staff at the hotel were otherwise super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and functionally furnished. Small shortcoming: the floor of the bathroom did not look really inviting. One might have thought that only screed would have been laid. Since the floor was then also painted light, it looked totally unclean. Hence a deduction by the stars for the room. The breakfast room is pleasant and cozy and the breakfast buffet is rich. A second fully automatic coffee machine might not be a luxury, (but only as a small remark). If you would like to have a little nightcap at the bar in the evening, there is also plenty of choice and comfortable seating. The location of the hotel is so perfect that you can walk to the center within 5 minutes. According to the location of the room in the hotel, one should expect to hear light car traffic. It didn't bother us much. All in all, I can recommend the hotel in good conscience, as the value for money is perfect.
