Best Western Premier Parkhotel

Dear Sir or Madam, Unfortunately, I cannot provide positive feedback. Last week we were with AKON at your place. Daytime temperatures of more than 38 degrees. A hotel with four stars should at least ensure that powerful fans are placed in every room, in the dining room, and anywhere else as well. The whole building has no air conditioning... for whatever reason. The minibar in the room did not work, the ventilation in the bathroom did not work, the swimming pool had thermal water but no refreshment in this weather. An absolute no-go are also the carpets throughout the house. Bacteria and dust mites are delighted. I do not want to think any more about the cleanliness of the rooms. Cutting corners in the wrong places. The only positive is their staff member, Ms. Schwender, at the reception and their super nice waiter in the garden in the evening. Both added a bit of value to the whole situation. The location right by the spa park is unbeatable. However, the house should really consider whether the ****S are still justified. Bad Mergentheim again, but then in a different hotel.

I was on a business trip for 2 nights without breakfast at the hotel. The check-in was friendly. The room was large, with a safe, refrigerator, and large TV. A table was also available, but unfortunately no chair, only one armchair. The balcony was large with 2 chairs. However, the wooden planks could use some restoration. 100% recommendation.

an all-round harmonious and pleasant stay. Top service in pleasant Atmosphere and top location. It is definitely widely recommended. We will definitely come back!
