Brenner's Park

This grand hotel, ideally located at the edge of Baden-Baden park, is remarkable: spacious room, elegantly furnished, quiet and comfortable, featuring, in particular, excellent bedding and a very large bathroom. Impeccable service, excellent breakfast. Perfect!

We visited Brenners for a relaxing spa weekend and had the most wonderful time. The team was lovely throughout, and we had a wonderful peaceful suite on the newly refurbished top floor of the hotel with fantastic views over the park and forest. There are thoughtful touches like a complimentary minibar. Breakfast outdoors on the terrace was lovely. Definitely take the time to explore the Lichtentaler Allee and the beautiful town of Baden-Baden - a short stroll from the hotel.

The reception was a bit messy the lady at the reception said but always that her computer was slow.After checking in had to wait 45 min before our bags were in the room. (after we had asked the 2x at the reception) The room in the old part are beautifully renovated and very spacious. We had been looking forward to our dinner in fritz and felix. This was a little less ,it took 45 min before we got our starter.The main course of our mother was forgotten and was served 30 minutes after our main course.The attention of the staff was far to be found, We had to pour our own wines, plates stayed too long. We cancelled our stay on the way back from Lake Garda. This is a beautiful luxury hotel with fleur. But manager needs a lot of attention.
