Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa

Went with my husband to celebrate a big birthday- was so worth it- design is fantastic, as high- end as it gets- fresh flowers everywhere were my favorite touch- don’t miss the breakfast, lots of nice in- room complimentary amenities. Pool area could use more chairs to sit and relax- especially in May when you can’t go outside. That’s my only critique- for a designer, this place is really wonderful for a visit!

This is undoubtedly a beautiful hotel, in a great location, with a classic atmosphere. However, housekeeping let's it down, twice now and when I book a table for dinner at Felix specifically on the upper terrace I am not happy to be in the courtyard with the kindergarten party at 9pm. No one cared I was uncomfortable eating dinner with all these kids running around and no one cared that it was not what I booked the previous evenjng witn a member of staff. Was very taken aback by their attutide. Hope they can manage a decent poached egg tomorrow, today's was a sloppy mess but again no one cared. Maybe I just eat cold meat instead This is such a shame, beautiful place but the detail let's them down....

Poor service, inadequate room cleaning, mediocre breakfast – and all this in a luxurious setting at an inflated price. We will not be back.
