the breakfast was top-notch, a very large selection of everything and everyone will find something here. We visited the bar and the seating area in front of the hotel. Everything was okay here as well. Ultimately, we liked it very much and would love to come back. The size of the room was completely sufficient with a very large TV, refrigerator, and safe! What more could you want?

Check-in bottomlessly bad. We were 2 hours too early, we knew that. In other hotels, you can still check in, leave your suitcases at the front desk, and then come back in the evening. In this hotel, the registration form is filled out for 20 minutes, then we had to wait 1 hour only to find out that the cards can only be encoded at 3:00 PM. BULLSHIT!! When we left the hotel, they even grumbled after us. When I already wanted to cancel, we were able to get into the room shortly after 2:00 PM after all. After the actual check-in took another 15 minutes. From a 4-star hotel, I expect a higher standard. We travel a lot, take many city trips, but we have never experienced anything like this. The rooms, however, are nice and clean. Breakfast was okay; it would have been great if the staff hadn't been so listless. I must mention that the receptionist from the evening shift came to the room and apologized.

Friendly reception at check-in. However, they initially wanted to offer me a paid early check-in (It was 1:30 PM, the hotel was empty, and I have the highest status as a Diamond Select member). After inquiring, it was arranged after all. The room in the Comfort Plus category on the second floor had a view of the park. Since there were trees in front, it was very dark. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a nice seating area. I had requested a room with a bathtub, which I received, but I would not do that again. The entry was very high, and there was a significant risk of slipping, especially while showering. At check-in, I was asked about room cleaning, which I confirmed, but it was forgotten the next day. The breakfast was undoubtedly very good, in a nice ambiance with a great selection. Check-out was somewhat less friendly, with no inquiry about my satisfaction and no nice farewell. Nevertheless, I will return.
