Balance Hotel am Blauenwald

Just had the most incredible stay at Hotel Balance. The interior design is funky with a mix of Buddhist, Eastern and Modern art. The rooms are great, the location perfect, the food incredible and loved the garden and little buddhas everywhere - felt at home and as one! The events space is also lovey for yoga or group activities that are organised time to time. Best of all, the owner Maria is an absolute legend!! She’s wonderful, helpful, friendly and she just loves her hotel, staff and all of us guests. She pays attention to the tiniest details and yet manages to engage and hang out if you want to or let’s you get on with your stay if that’s what you’re looking for. I can’t wait to go back and visit and my wife feels exactly the same. Thanks Maria.

Hotel is in a convenient location. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Welcome friendly and warm. Service efficient. Breakfast outstanding. Had room with balcony and view of the Feng shui garden. Very relaxing. "Honesty" bar a good idea. Great place for a stay in the village. Offering massages and other treatment.

We were lucky enough to have a room with a view over Badenweiler and it was stunning. This is a fabulous hotel with the most welcoming host. Loved to see the concept of an honesty bar in this hotel. Will definitely come back for another visit
