Very comfortable welcoming hotel. Spacious and well equipped accommodation. Nice terrace area. Swimming pool wonderful after a warm day exploring Triberg.

Hotel with old-fashioned charm in the heart of the Black Forest. The reception is very decent, and in two languages (German/English)! The hotel and the rooms are clean. The bedding and bathrooms have been renovated. This is not the case for all the furniture, which makes things seem even more old-fashioned, a shame. The breakfast allows you to discover some of the region's specialties.

Overall we enjoyed our stay - hotel room was spacious for my family of 3. Clean and with a beautiful view. Staff was friendly & helpful. My only gripe was the single (short) flight of stairs to my room. There’s an elevator on each floor .. but rooms #17 to #22 are connected via a short flight of stairs from the elevator on each floor. So you may want to request for rooms where you do not have to take the short flight of stairs. It’s about 15mins walk to city centre. Sheltered garage was great for us as it was snowing when we stayed here.
